Characteristic
A bamboo massage invites you into a world of flowing, graceful movements, where skilled therapists from Bali glide natural bamboo sticks of varying sizes across your body. Working in perfect harmony, each therapist tailors the pressure to your unique needs. The supple bamboo becomes an extension of their hands, melting away tension, boosting circulation, and awakening your inner vitality.
This full-body massage is designed to dissolve daily stress and invite deep relaxation. The gentle warmth of the bamboo and the soothing rhythm of each stroke lull couples into a shared state of tranquility, transforming the session into a moment of connection and renewed closeness.
The massage takes place in a cozy room designed for two people to unwind together.
To ensure you receive the full benefits of your bamboo massage, please arrive at NUSA SPA a few minutes early to allow time to change and relax. We recommend avoiding heavy meals beforehand so your body can focus on recovery. Our reception team will ask about your health, any contraindications, and your preferences to help therapists tailor the massage pressure. After your session, we encourage you to enjoy the brine bath, which enhances relaxation and supports energy balance.
Relaxing bamboo massage for couples at NUSA SPA
The reception conducts a brief consultation with the couple before inviting them to a private office prepared for the joint ritual. The procedure is performed in disposable underwear on professional massage tables, in a quiet and calming environment. Therapists begin with gentle, smooth movements using bamboo sticks to promote relaxation. They then apply various techniques, including scrolling, pressing, sliding, and vibrating tapping, to gradually release tension and improve circulation.
The massage covers the entire body, with a rhythm that is calm, harmonious, and gentle. Relaxing music and aromatherapy enhance the experience. At the end of the session, therapists leave the office to allow the couple time to relax and reflect on the shared experience. Afterwards, we invite you to enjoy a brine bath.

While bamboo massage is generally safe and enjoyable, there are cases where it should be avoided. The procedure is not recommended for individuals with fever, infection, or acute inflammation, as the body requires rest in these conditions. It is also contraindicated for those with skin diseases, open wounds, or irritations that may worsen with contact from bamboo or oils. Massage should be avoided by anyone with recent injuries, fractures, during pregnancy, or immediately following aesthetic medicine treatments.
Individuals with serious cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, or heart disease should consult our receptionist before booking a procedure. If you have any concerns, our team is available to advise you and help select a safe and comfortable massage option.
