VOUCHER FOR AN EXCLUSIVE 4-HANDED MASSAGE FOR COUPLES

Voucher valid only when booked through www.nusaspa.pl (use the QR code on the voucher), by contacting us by phone or by email. Reservations made through the BOOKSY search engine will not honor the gift voucher.

Voucher – entitles the person named in it to use the massage of his choice or to use the amount of money specified in it

Promotional packages include interchangeable Balinese massage, Thai massage, Balinese massage with warm oils, bamboo relaxation massage and lomi-lomi massage with aromatherapy.

Promotional Packages are issued in paper form and can be used until the end of the validity period indicated in their content. If the validity of a Promotional Package is specified as a number of months from the date of purchase of the Promotional Package, the Promotional Package shall be valid until the expiration of the number of months specified in the Package, calculated from the month following the month of purchase. Promotional Packages may also be issued in electronic form, in which case (except for vouchers) they are subject to exchange for the corresponding Promotional Packages in paper form during the first visit to the NUSA SPA Massage Parlor. Promotional Packages are not exchangeable in whole or in part for money, and the indicated validity period is not extended, and upon its expiration NUSA SPA’s obligation to the Customer expires.

Promotional packages do not combine with other promotions, nor do they add up. A customer can only use one of them at a time.

For Quota Vouchers, if the value of the goods or services exceeds the value of the Voucher, the Customer is required to pay the difference. Quota Vouchers do not include promotional prices.

With the purchase or receipt of the Promotional Package, its purchaser or holder declares that he/she has read these Regulations, accepts their provisions in full and agrees to abide by them.

Promotional packages are subject to use in the network of NUSA SPA salons, unless otherwise stated in their content.

The Promotional Package holder is required to book the service in advance. The basis for the performance of the promotional service is the prior provision of the Promotional Package number to the salon staff.

The Exhibitor has the right to refuse to redeem the Promotional Package in case of 1) expiration of the Promotional Package, 2) loss or damage of the Promotional Package making it unidentifiable, or 3) lack of prior reservation of the treatment date at the salon. The Exhibitor also has the right to exclude particular selected days or periods from the Promotional Packages (but not more than a total of 12 calendar days per year). The following days are always excluded from the use of the Voucher or Pass: February 14 and 15, March 08, May 1 and 3, December 31.

After each treatment, the Client is obliged to ensure that the Salon Reception staff marks the given Promotional Package with the NUSA hologram and labels it with the date of use of the treatment. It is forbidden to apply the markings and fill in the dates yourself.

Massages lasting less than the amount of time indicated in the respective Promotional Package are not subject to credit under the respective promotion. Massages lasting longer than indicated in the respective Promotional Package are only subject to credit in the amount of time indicated in the respective Promotional Package. If a Promotional Package is used by a Package owner together with a companion, both of them may take advantage of the credit of the Massage taken for the Promotional Package according to the rules in the preceding sentences.

The purchaser, the recipient or any other designated person is entitled to use the Voucher by prior arrangement with the NUSA Salon Reception.
