1. Booksy – Each salon has its own profile on Booksy. You can book an appointment online at any time using the app. Appointment times are subject to availability, so you may receive a confirmation or a request to adjust your selected time.
2. By phone – Our reception is open from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You can call during these hours to book an appointment. We are happy to answer your questions and recommend the most suitable service.
3. In person – You are welcome to visit our salons to book an appointment directly. We will help you choose the best service and appointment time.
4. By email or social media – You may also contact us by email or through our social media profile, though response times may be longer. Please specify your preferred day, time, and salon location so we can assist you efficiently.

Payment methods
Our showrooms are located in Warsaw’s Ochota district (ul. Racławicka 146), Ursynów district (Al. KEN 47), and Wilanów district (al. Rzeczypospolitej 6). For more information about our showrooms, please visit our website. We look forward to welcoming you.
Gift vouchers for our salons are available for purchase in several ways:
1. Online Store: The most popular method is through our online store, where you can view all available products and select the best option. Vouchers can be collected in one of three ways:
a. Electronically: This is the fastest option. After entering the required details, including any recipient messages, and completing payment, your electronic voucher will be generated within minutes and sent to the provided email address.
b. In Person: You may order a voucher online and choose to collect a physical version at one of our stores. Physical vouchers are double-sided and packaged in a gold envelope.
c. By Courier: If you select courier or parcel locker delivery, we will send a physical voucher, packaged in a gold envelope, to your specified address.
2. In our salons, you can purchase highly personalized vouchers, receive detailed information about our products, and add extra services to your treatment. You will receive your voucher immediately in a gold envelope.
All of our salons accept card payments, BLIK, cash, and vouchers or passes purchased at our locations.
