Please review the following guidelines to ensure you benefit from the offer:
- Carnets are issued with a specific expiration date, typically either 6 months or 12 months. It is crucial to verify the exact expiration date of the selected pass.
- The validity period of the pass begins with the first visit “paid” by it.
- Tickets apply to specific services. If you choose a service that costs less than what your pass covers, we do not offer refunds for the price difference. If you wish to add services or extend your treatment, you can pay the additional amount during your visit.

Can I order a pass online?
- You can order your preferred pass through our online store. Please note that electronic versions are not available. You may choose to have your pass delivered or pick it up in person during your next visit to NUSA SPA Warsaw.
Can loyalty stamps be earned on the card for visits made with the pass?
- Visits made using a pass are not recorded as heart-marked visits on the Loyalty Card. If you have an exceptional circumstance and would like previous visits considered, please speak with our manager. We will do our best to find a solution.
Can I use the pass with my husband or a friend?
- Your loved ones may use your passes. Please provide the name and phone number of the person using your pass, as well as the pass holder’s details, to the reception. We will confirm this with you if needed.
Could I receive an invoice for the pass?
- You may request an invoice for any service at NUSA SPA Warszawa. Please inform us in advance, as we cannot issue an invoice after the receipt has been processed at reception.
What happens if my pass expires before I use all my visits?
- While our policy states that unused visits usually expire, we understand every situation is unique. Tell us about your experience, and with a voucher purchase, we will gladly explore a solution that works for you.
