Please review the following rules to make the most of the promotion:

• After five massages, including those from other promotions, the sixth massage is 50% off the regular price.
• You will receive one 💛 for each treatment performed by a single masseuse. The 50% discount applies to services provided by one therapist. If you choose a four-hand massage, you will receive two 💛. For the sixth massage under the promotion, the discount applies only to treatments by one masseuse. If you select a four-hand massage, a 25% discount will apply instead of 50%.
• The card is valid for six months from the date the first heart is affixed. ❤️
• Hearts are awarded only when you present a valid Loyalty Card. Visits to the booking system are not counted.
• Hearts on the Loyalty Card are not awarded for massages completed using a pass.
• You can get a heart for the treatment settled with a gift voucher!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

I have seen different prices listed on Booksy. I usually pay the same amount for a massage. If I use my Loyalty Card for my sixth massage, do I get a 50% discount?

• You can obtain information about discounted prices, such as Happy Days or Last Minute offers, through Booksy or by phone. The Loyalty Card offers a 50% discount on the regular price, but cannot be combined with other promotions.

Does the 50% discount apply to couples massages?

• A couple’s massage is treated as two separate sessions, so the discount applies to only one of them. When presenting Loyalty Card, you may choose either a 50% discount on one steam massage with the other at the regular rate, or a 25% discount on the combined cost of both. Booking a couples massage earns you two stamps.

Does the 50% discount include an exclusive 4-hand massage?

• For promotional purposes, a 4-hand massage is considered equivalent to two massages, as two therapists perform it. With the Loyalty Card, the 4-hand massage is currently offered at a 25% discount. 4-hand massage earns you two stamps.

I have a gift voucher or pass. Will I get a stamp when I use it?

• The stamp is valid for the massage only when the voucher is redeemed, not when the pass is used.. Passes include bonus massages and offer very favorable prices. Passes cannot be combined with Loyalty Cards.

I am uncertain whether I will be able to use my Loyalty Card by the required deadline.

• The card is valid for six months. If you are unable to use it within this period, we will review your recent visits in Booksy to find the best solution.

Does the Loyalty Card cover all the services available?

• All services, except children’s massages and 30-minute foot or face massages, are eligible for hearts.
• If you typically choose 30-minute massages or foot reflexology at NUSA SPA, we can mark your visits with hearts on your Loyalty Card as an exception. However, your sixth massage must also be a 30-minute session.

May I select any treatment for my sixth massage?

• Suppose you select different treatments at NUSA SPA. In that case, you may choose one basic massage from our menu (Balinese Massage, Thai Massage, Bamboo Relaxation Massage, or Lomi Lomi Massage) within six sessions, as outlined in the Regulations.
• If you typically choose a specific treatment for yourself, such as a strong Balinese massage or hot stone massage, and have done so at least three times, you may use your sixth promotional massage for this treatment, even if it is not part of the basic offer. Please confirm this with reception in advance.
• If you regularly book rituals at NUSA SPA, with a minimum of 3 hearts on your Loyalty Card, you are eligible for a sixth massage with a ritual. This offer does not apply to the Bella Gold Ceremony ritual.
